About Ten Power Energies

Ten Power Energies was formed by the combination of two companies (Torch Energy, Nigeria and Fundi Uganda firm) and it is established to deliver quality projects timely using international business practices Standard. The company was incorporated in 2024 through a Joint Operating Agreement by Torch Energy Services (a Nigerian Company) and Fundi Services Limited (Ugandan company) to provide world-class services in our primary industry sectors of hydrocarbons, power, infrastructure, minerals & metals and chemicals, encompassing both Greenfield and brownfield developments.

ENGR. LANRE ADEDOKUN

Director/ Group CEO Torch Energies Services Nigeria

Engineer Lanre Adedokun is a seasoned oil and gas professional with over 33 years of experience in both offshore and onshore operations. He holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos and is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

 

He has worked with leading organizations, including Shell Nigeria, Dec Oil & Gas, and DSV Pipetronics, with extensive expertise in EPC, pipeline integrity, and large-scale energy projects. Notably, he supervised the intelligent pigging of over 500 km of pipelines at Shell.

 

He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Torch Energy Group, where he leads major oil and gas projects across West and East Africa. He is also a Director at TEN Power Energies Ltd, Uganda.

MR. DAVID NSIBUKA

Director

Mr. David Nsibuka is a Ugandan Electrical Engineer with over 18 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering. He holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Makerere University and has a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

 

His expertise includes MEP design, cost estimation, and project management across complex infrastructure and energy projects. He has contributed to key developments such as the Tilenga CPF Camp (Total Energies), Kawempe Centenary Bank building, and Kitgum Market. He has also played key roles in Tullow Oil camp projects and facility maintenance.

 

David is detail-oriented, innovative, and committed to delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

MR. BAMIDELE OLALEKAN OSENI

Director - (FCA,FICA,FIMC, CFAN,ACIT,ACIS,MCIoD)

Mr. Bamidele Olalekan Oseni is a leading Governance, Risk, and Strategy professional with over 25 years of cross-border experience spanning Finance, Compliance, ESG, Internal Audit, and Consulting. He has advised organizations across Africa, Asia, and Europe.

 

As a seasoned banker, he has facilitated financing and credit solutions for oil and gas companies across the upstream, midstream, and downstream value chain. He possesses strong expertise in business strategy, credit origination, and enterprise risk management.

 

He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Directors Nigeria (CloD), The League of East Africa Directors (LEAD). He is also a Chartered Secretary, Chartered Accountant, and Certified Governance Auditor/Board Evaluator, and a former senior executive at United Bank for Africa, Ecobank and I & M Bank Group

HSES POLICY

TEN POWER ENERGIES recognizes the hazardous nature of its operations and adverse consequences of its failure to observe check and control or completely eliminate the acts and conditions that could result in accidents or incidents. It is TEN POWER ENERGIES belief that good HSE POLICY shall form an integral part of her business and will vigorously pursue all accident prevention programs through her well structure and effective HSE systems. TEN POWER ENERGIES activities will therefore be organized, planned and executed so that: • The health, safety and security of all its employees and any person participating in the company’s operations including subcontractors and third parties are safeguarded. • A genuine respect for employees and society in general is encouraged, thereby contributing to the welfare of all concerned. • Any possible undesirable effects of its activities on the environment are minimized. • Damage and danger to materials and property is safeguarded. Every employee of TEN POWER ENERGIES shall perform his/her work in accordance with this policy, and work must be suspended when it is believed that essential safety systems are not in place.
STOP WORK POLICY

All Operations Of Ten Power Energies Shall Be Planned And Executed In Such A Way As To #       Prevent Injury #       Ensure Safety And Security Of Employee’s Live Property #          Minimize Any Adverse Effects On The Environment.   Every Employee Of Ten Power Energies Shall Therefore Perform His/Her Work In Accordance With This Policy And Work Must Not Start Or Must Be Suspended When It Is Believed That Essential Safety Systems Are Not In Place.

His wealth of experience span over the following :

  • He supervised intelligent pigging operations of over 500km pipeline in Shell Nigeria
  • Turnkey mega oil and gas projects, Gas networks, Gas to power projects,
  • He is currently the CEO of Torch Energy group in Nigeria and West Africa, managing different magnitude of oil and gas projects in West and East Africa

David is a Uganda, highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Electrical and Mechanical engineering.

He has over 18years proven track record of successfully completing electrical, mechanical and plumbing’s projects on time and within budget. His expertise lies in designing and implementing innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.

 

He is a detail-oriented professional with excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for quality. He is committed to continuous learning and development to stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.

He thrives in a fast-paced environment, and he is able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Below are some of the many projects that I have worked on;

 

  1. He was one of the consultants for electrical and mechanical team that constructed Tilenga CPF camp side, through McDermott/ Sinopec under Total Energies (E&P) in March
  2. Being part of the consultant in design and cost estimation team in Electrical and Mechanical for Kawempe Centenary four floor Bank Building in Feb
  3. Construction and completion of the Kitgum market construction as contractors in Electrical and Mechanical in completed in December
  4. Generation and designing of the Nile Village Hotel Electrical and Mechanical design. Works included the generation of work costing and implementation schedule. Work completed in July
  5. Assistant Project Manager for the construction and upgrading of Kisinja and Buliisa camps for Tullow Oil under GCC in 2014/2015.
  6. Being a maintenance Manager for Buliisa and Kisinja camps between 2012 and 2018

David holds BSC in Electrical Engineering from Makerere University. He is well experienced and trained in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) engineering planning, designing, and managing the MEP systems of a systems and projects.
